About me
Welcome, I'm Sophie
I'm a holistic sleep consultant - but before that, I was a mum lying awake at 2am, doing the maths on how little sleep I could survive on and still show up in my corporate HR job the next day like everything was fine.
I know what it's like to feel like you're failing at the one relationship that matters most, simply because you're too exhausted to be the present, patient parent you want to be. I know the guilt of craving five minutes alone after work — even just to wash your face in peace — and the quiet ache of feeling like you're missing your child's life because you're stretched between work and everything else. I also know what it's like to wake up tired even after a "good" night, because the mental load never really switches off.
My own lived experience is why I do this work differently. I studied and trained as a Level 6 OCN Holistic Sleep Coach; the highest level of qualification in the infant and child sleep consultant industry. I now support parents who are sleep-deprived and struggling — often silently — with balancing work, their own mental health and wellbeing, or just feeling like they're not getting anything right.
My approach isn't about strict schedules or sleep training at any cost. It's holistic: I look at your child's sleep, development, temperament, health, home environment and importantly, your own well-being as a parent, because the two are never really separate.
My promise to you is simple — support here should feel like relief, not more pressure. You're not failing. You're exhausted, and you deserve help that sees the whole picture, not just the sleep chart.

My Approach and My Values
What to expect when working with me

Sleep support that looks after the whole family — not just the sleep chart.
Most sleep advice treats sleep like a problem to be solved — get the baby down, get the night wins, tick the box. But if you're a working mum running on empty, you already know it's never that simple. Sleep struggles don't happen in isolation. They tangle up with guilt, with mental load, with the fear that you're not being the present, patient parent you want to be. Any approach that only looks at sleep is only looking at half the picture.
That's why my approach is holistic, not tactical. I don't offer strict schedules or one-size-fits-all training methods, and I won't ask you to choose between your child's sleep and the connection between you. Instead, I look at the whole picture — your child's sleep and your wellbeing, your confidence, your relationship — because they were never really separate to begin with.
I take a holistic approach to your child's sleep, too. No two children sleep the same way, so I never start with a generic plan. I take the time to understand your child as an individual — their temperament, their stage of development, and what's realistic and healthy for their age. I look at what else might be at play: their health, any underlying discomfort, their diet, and how all of it might be showing up at night.
And because children don't exist in a bubble, I also look at what's going on within the family — routines, stress, changes at home, how everyone's coping — because sleep is rarely just about sleep. It's shaped by everything around it, and real support has to look at the whole picture, not just bedtime.
